Welcome!

Welcome to St. Margaret Mary Parish. We are a Roman Catholic faith community devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as taught to us by St. Margaret Mary Alacoque's example. We embrace all who come to worship with us as we continue to build a family of faith in Jesus Christ through Catholic worship, formation and charity. We hope you find this website informative and useful. Please don't hesitate to call with any questions or needs you may have. Our doors are always open!

Blessings in Christ!

St. Augustine Medal Recipients

Bishop Frank J. Caggiano thanked more than 200 men and women on October 19th for "walking the journey of faith in quiet and ordinary ways and for finding the grace and strength to give to others" as he awarded them the St. Augustine Medal of Service.

The ceremony, which was held at a packed St. Augustine Cathedral, annually recognizes those "whose exemplary dedication to Christ and to his Church is lived out in extraordinary service in the parishes, schools and charitable works."

Congratulations to Ken and Donna Burns, the 2024 St. Augustine Medal recipients for St. Margaret Mary parish.

Knights of Columbus Award Given

The Knights of Columbus Family of the Month program promotes and supports the development of strong and vibrant families who outwardly exhibit ties of love and faith, exemplifying Catholic family values, and make meaningful contributions to their parish and larger community.

This month the Knights of Columbus Council 1350 and the entire St. Margaret Mary parish community honor the Lou and Mary Scuilla family.

Mary and Lou have been St. Margaret Mary parishioners for 33 years. They are the parents of Katie, Sarah, and Louis. Their children attended religious education and received all their sacraments at St. Margaret Mary. Louis is a 2024 graduate of St. Joseph High School.

Mary has been a lifelong member of our parish. She volunteered for the Religious Education program for many years. Mary was also instrumental in establishing Mary's Kids social group for the children of the parish.

Lou is a member of the Men's Club. Both he and Louis volunteer weekly as ushers.

In the words of Mary, "St. Margaret Mary Parish is woven into the fabric of our family and represents all the tenets of our Catholic faith that we cling to and is the foundation upon which our family is built."

The Scuilla family will receive the Family of the Month certificate and the roaming holy chalice for the month of February.
